Hanford West Bypass
With the recent developments in the Fresno to Bakersfield DEIR/DEIS, CCHSRA has prepared a document that traces the history of the Hanford West Bypass and how the Authority arrived at this decision. Although the Authority has indicated that this additional route is in response to local and agency request, we discovered that this was done to address concerns by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
